Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Juniorchef und Personal, super Frühstück! 2 sehr schöne Tage, Hotel top gelegen! Schönes Restaurant ! Hier passt alles zusammen ! Zentral, aber ruhig gelegen! Direkt am Marktplatz! Weiter so!

Stopped one night to experience the Christmas market. Hotel is very smart and well maintained. It retains it's older character but has all modern appliances in the room. Good sized double room. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was delightful. Restaurant table overlooking the square. Large selection of traditional meats/cheese/vegetables. Cereal. Hot options as well. Fresh coffee. Check out was smooth. Note no tea/coffee facilities in room.

Goßes Doppelzimmer mit super Aussicht auf den historischen Marktplatz. Sehr bequeme Betten, freundliches Peronal und reichhaltiges, leckeres Frühstück. Historisches Fachwerk-Gebäude, sogar mit Erker-Zimmern.

Tolles Gebäude mit wunderschöner Fassade an einem herrlichen Platz in der Altstadt. Es gibt sehenswerte Innenräume. Das Gebäude ist über 800 Jahre alt, daher haben wir keinen modernen Komfort erwartet. Kleines Bad, schlichtes, großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber, Duschgel fehlte, keine Haarwäsche. Die Klobürste zerfranst. Das geht besser. Das Personal in der Gastronomie war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Das im Gutschein enthaltene Essen war ok aber etwas lieblos angerichtet. Wir fanden die Idee, einen 5 Euro Gutschein anzubieten, wenn der Zimmerservice nicht in Anspruch genommen wird aus Umweltgründen sehr gut. Da wir mit Hund reisen, wollten wir darauf nicht verzichten.

Großartige Lage, hervorragend ausgebildetes Personal, wirkliche Fachkräfte, erstklassiges Speisenangebot, gute Weine. Schade, dass bei unserem Besuch die Zimmer bereits ausgebucht waren. So konnten wir nur das Restaurant genießen.Eine Werbung für Schwäbisch Hall

Worst swabian cooking I have ever tasted. Great disappointment. Overcooked pasta. Oversalted sauce. Somehow they manage to cook a bad tasting Schnitzel(!?). I would expect better food in a canteen. The place is not expensive but it is not cheap enough for the quality they serve. Avoid.
