From the very first moment of our arrival at this hotel, our expectations were exceeded. The person checking us in simply could not possibly do more than he did to make us welcome. So friendly and helpful. That was just the beginning, however, because the restaurant manager and the young lady who served us were also amazing. We were pleased to meet the Director, Filip, next day and he too was great. He said that if there was anything he could do to help, we needed only to ask. As it turned out, we needed that help when we arrived at our NEXT hotel in Luzern. Filip was as good as his word, and gave us some advice that helped us enormously and saved our holiday from being ruined. All in all: wonderful people, beautiful place with superb decor. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 110%.

From the time we arrived (which was 5 hours before check-in) everything was amazing. Super professional, kind and prestative staff....room is super clean and well equiped. Breakfast is also top notch point....very fresh and straight to the point. I will and definitely recommend it. The location is also very good, close to restaurants and everything that you need.

Room had a kind bed and a twin pullout couch. Very large bathroom. Staff were so friendly and accommodating Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Buffet with eggs, bacon, potatoes. Pastries, fruit, cereals. Prosecco. The pools were amazing! Some of the nicest we have seen in Europe! Huge indoor and outdoor pools. Two lovely saunas and a steam room. Lovely relaxation area. The hotel was so clean!! Areas for growth: No soap or amenities in the spa area. I wanted to shower after the steam room and sauna but there was only a shower no soap. The towels were extremely thin. Not a deal breaker but could be nicer. Could have gluten free bread at breakfast. We were driving through the area and needed a place to stay.

It is few years now that my husband and I are going to Bregenz Festival, enjoying Bodensee and the opera. This year we chose Messmer Hotel, and we've been very happy with the choice: right in the centre, conveniently close to everything worth seeing in Bregenz and in a waling distance from the venue of Bregenz Festival. We chose the package including ticket, an aperitif and dinner: we enjoyed it, everything was very good. Rooms are clean and cozy, very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well, making you feel at home. Definitely recommended!

The staff was always ready to help with any issues. The breakfast was great with fresh baked cake (vegan, just for me), lots of superfoods on offer as well. Great for business overnights as well as longer stays in an apartment. The manager, Alex, is very personable and represents the Hotel wonderfully.
