第一次給一個酒店直接差評！這小酒店的服務很差，給了我一個靠近很響的老電梯的房間，和前台溝通更換房間，開始説沒有房間，我提出加錢可以不？前台就説加20.10歐元可以換房間，我坐在酒店前台的沙發上前請攜程幫溝通，又説謊沒有房間了（攜程的服務很好，也很及時），這不是20歐元的事情，太不誠實了！辦理入住手續的時候，前台主動推銷早上的接送機巴士（不是免費的），價格和出租車一樣，我也直接刷卡給她了，有付款憑證！
在房間一直找不到空調遙控器，她又説不給，沒有！晚上洗了澡，雖然室外温度22度，但是裏面還是很悶熱，半夜22：:30-23:00乘涼半小時後，經過交涉才開了空調！小私人酒店就是這樣，儘量多賺錢，儘量節約，以後不會考慮住這酒店，那怕市區趕機場遠一點，影響心情！（第三張照片就是我半夜乘涼的時候拍的）

Personal war sehr freundlich. Aber wir hatten unter unseren Teppich Ameisen und das haben wir erst am letzten Tag gemerkt. Habe es natürlich gemeldet, war eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung. Ansonsten allgemein war es sehr gut. Frühstück hatte genug Auswahl.

I don't understand how this crappy hotel got so many excellent reviews. I also don't understand how it is categorized as 3 stars. Where do I start?! They have two wings. We were given a room in the wing without the elevator, at the 3rd floor. We had two 50lb suitcases that we had to carry upstairs with no help from the staff. The room was only prepared for one person, with one set of pillow, comforter and towel. We had to ask them to provide us with another set. Don't trust the pictures you see on the website. The room is super tiny and nearly bare. Same is the bathroom and it is outdated. The mattresses are terrible. I don't know where they took the pictures from the website because those pics don't look like the room we had. The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the airport. We booked it for one night to be able to get to the airport quickly for a morning flight. I really wish we had stayed downtown Vienna instead.

We used the hotel for one night only. Shuttle service at 4 am worked on time, it was 15 Euro per service.
We were happy with the room and overall cleanliness.

Getting to the hotel from Vienna airport was unclear and difficult to do. Although the website for booking the hotel listed airport shuttle service as an amenity (one reason we chose to book this hotel), this was not true. With the help of 2 VIE airport help staff who called the hotel on our behalf, we finally arrived at the hotel by taxi, which the hotel paid.
