I communicated with the front desk to change the room, and they started saying that there is no room. Can I ask for extra money? The front desk said that you can change the room by adding 20.10 euros. I sat on the sofa at the front desk of the hotel and asked Ctrip to help communicate, and I lied that there is no room (Ctrip's service is very good and timely), this is not a 20 euro thing, too bad Be honest! When checking in, the front desk took the initiative to sell the morning shuttle bus (not free), the price is the same as a taxi, I also swiped the card directly to her, and there is a payment voucher! I couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioner in the room, and she said no, no! I took a shower at night. Although the outdoor temperature was 22 degrees, it was still very hot inside. After half an hour in the cool at 22:30-23:00 in the middle of the night, the air conditioner was turned on after negotiation! This is the case with a small private hotel, try to make as much money as possible and save as much as possible. I will not consider staying in this hotel in the future, even if the urban area is a little farther from the airport, it will affect my mood! The staff was very friendly. But we had ants under our carpet and we only noticed it on the last day. I reported it, of course, it was a very unpleasant experience. Otherwise, it was generally very good. There was enough choice for breakfast.
