Hotel am Schloß

In this hotel you feel in good hands, the staff is very warm, helpful and very nice. The breakfast room is my highlight because it is very cozy and you even have coffee brought to your table. I was very satisfied and would love to go back!

Scelto piuttosto velocemente come appoggio per la tappa a Schwerin, in apparenza sembrava di buon livello ma una volta arrivati piuttosto deludente. In primo luogo l'indicazione dell'indirizzo porta all'ingresso pedonale dove non è neppure possibile fermarsi un attimo con l'auto per scaricare i bagagli in quanto proprio sui binari del tram! Su altre indicazioni si trova la via con l'ingresso del parcheggio che però è piuttosto piccolo e non riesce a contenere tutte le auto degli ospiti. La reception parla a malapena qualche parola di inglese e non è facilissimo capire il tutto, la nostra camera si trova all'ultimo piano, che si raggiunge dal piano inferiore senza ascensore su una scala piuttosto stretta scomoda per portare i bagagli, la camera è da tipica pensione tedesca , non male ma con pochissimo spazio intorno al letto. Bagno appena sufficiente, il tutto però pulito. Quello che non torna è il prezzo, 134,5 euro per un alberghetto di provincia con colazione piuttosto risicata che in confronto ai 90 euro pagati giorni prima in centro a Berlino in un 4 stelle con colazione superba e parcheggio auto con posto riservato interrato stride parecchio. In conclusione, delusione per il prezzo troppo alto in rapporto a quanto offerto, se avessi pagato la metà il giudizio poteva essere di almeno 3 pallini ma così non ci siamo proprio

Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Schloss, welches man in wenigen Minuten und Schritten erreichen kann. Die Fußgängerzone ist ebenfalls kurzläufig zu erreichen. Der Service ist freundlich, das Parken im Nachbarhof ist einfach und günstig. Das Frühstück bietet eine angemessene Auswahl an Speisen an.

Hotel well situated and well signposted. Receptionist without great knowledge of the English language did not facilitate communication at check-in. Very large and pleasant room. Comfortable pillows. Spacious and clean bathroom. Tasty breakfast but no variety.

Very good hotel in the center, with parking in the courtyard for €6.50 per day. Hotel is very neat and clean, but not that cozy. reception closed after 7 pm. Very spacious bedroom and excellent breakfast.

The hotel is very central. We lived in the backyard and it was pleasantly quiet. The room was functionally furnished and very clean. The breakfast was very good, but unfortunately the room is very dark. All in all, we would stay there again.

Great hotel with a good location in Schwerin. All sights are within walking distance from here. The rooms are spacious and clean. Check in with a pin on a key box in the middle of the night. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Parking possible in the inner courtyard.
