very bad experience living in this hotel, the attitude of the front desk staff is very impolite, will never stay in this hotel again.

Except for a tall girl who was very enthusiastic, I didn't see anyone with a good service attitude at their front desk. Everyone had a stern face, especially the fat girl, who made things difficult for me. My room was obviously extended, but the room card didn't work for two consecutive days! The shower gel ran out and no one replaced it after several days of calling. There was no service at all!

It's okay. It's just the person who checked in. We got the wrong room. We swiped our card and entered the occupied room. The hotel didn't say anything. I was a little speechless. It was quite scary. It was still midnight and people were sleeping.
