The desk clerk upon check in was Kim! Vibrant, welcoming & knowledgeable w/ ideas & the area ! My husband and I have stayed at many Hotels and she is by far the BEST face to have met upon arrival! Lobby & rooms were clean as well! Clean outdoor pool!

Kim at the front desk was amazing! She felt like family, and was great to talk to. The breakfast was great! Parking very accessible. I’ve machine on 2nd floor was out. The beds and most of the bathroom was clean, but the phone had no dial tone, there was something like gum stuck on the carpet by the bed, the shelf under the dresser was broken, the fridge didn’t even feel like it was working. I was just concerned I might not get my deposit back, but I did- I guess they’re used to these minor things. Some of the metal fixtures were rusted. You could see light coming through the door jam, but the lock worked. Would I stay here again? Probably just bc it was a good deal and the breakfast was good.

This hotel has a mold problem. Clearly water intrusion through window. Awful smell in room. They moved us to a different floor which wasn’t as bad but still evidence of water intrusion. If you need to stay in this area, good luck because the other hotels nearby have bad reviews too.

Facility was clean. Several reported items were never fixed. Loose faucet. Light bulb missing. Remote did not work

Property was centrally located to where I wanted to be. Property was old and in need of renovation. The faucet in my sink wobbled back and forth every time I turned it on. There was a piece of baseboard on the floor next to the wall where it should have been. The electrical outlet next to the bed was coming out of the wall.
