Traveling from Tennessee to Cody Wyoming and searched hotels on Tripadvisor. We reserved a king room and upon arrival the front desk saw that we were next to the elevator and wanted us to have a good nights rest, so she moved us to a mini suite. They were full with a quilting convention and this was her only option. We were so grateful because she did this on her own. The room was very clean and the rest of the staff friendly. Definitely recommend!

This was a really nice place at a good price. The room was big and clean, with a nice bathroom and working windows, TV, fast internet, and a nice big refrigerator. The breakfast was everything you'd want of a self-serve buffet, with a great waffle maker and good fruit. The only disappointing thing was when we got there in the evening, the front lobby had a strange smell to it, almost like soured milk or a weird chemical. That was too bad because everything else was fantastic for the price.

The room was clean & spacious. Breakfast was mostly great, except for that one day they ran out of milk. Of course, that can happen with an unexpected number of guests. And the lady taking care of the Breakfast area was PHENOMENAL!! But the front desk staff . . . We booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. Spent the 1st night, had our amazing breakfast, left to visit family. Popped back in to get something from a room only to find that our card keys no longer worked! I went to the front desk and learned we had been checked out! Sam (clerk) had no idea what was going on or who I was EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD CHECKED US IN THE PREVIOUS EVENING!! She insisted she did NOT check us in. I get that a lot of people come thru, & would never expect her to remember our names, but she didn't even recognize our faces!! She finally conceded something was amiss, did a little digging & discovered another clerk had (mistakenly) checked us out & then checked us back in, & she miraculously remembered checking us in the night before. Everyone got new keys & we went on our way, thinking everything was fine. Nope. Just learned that the remaining 4 nights of our stay were charged to one card, for ALL THREE ROOMS!! What a mess.
