This was our first time staying at this hotel. Our room was very nice and clean. Although our "forest view" was literally a tree in front of our window facing another part of the property. The view was a joke. But! Nonetheless we had a excellent stay.

The shower didn't work, the room was dirty, the bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall a very poor experience considering this is Hilton and not a motel 6.

During our previous stay at this Hilton, we had a positive experience. However, on this occasion, we were assigned a room with a strong smell of mold. Immediately, my daughter experienced discomfort in her chest and throat, and my throat became scratchy as well. We requested a different room and were relocated two doors down. Unfortunately, this room also had a moldy smell, which was masked by a powerful orange citrus scent. Despite trying to adjust to the smell for an hour and noticing visible mold in the room, we asked for a mold-free option. The hotel staff upgraded us to a Wellness Room that had an air purifier. By this point, it was already past 11:00 pm. Thankfully, the third room had no unpleasant odors.

First use of a digital key and it was not a success. Yes it did allow us to go straight to our room but I had to return to the front desk to discover breakfast times and it meant that I was not informed that room servicing was by request only. It also meant, as a Diamond member, that we were not offered an upgrade. Our room was on the 6th floor, without luggage its easier to use the stairwell rather than the two separate lifts required to reach this floor. Room was spacious and clean but had a heavy musty odour so we kept the balcony door open to counter this. On check out the clerk said he would forward my receipt by email. At no time did he or anyone else ask if I had parked a car, nor was I informed that there was a car parking charge. When my receipt was subsequently received it showed a car parking charge. This is dishonest practise.
