During our previous stay at this Hilton, we had a positive experience. However, on this occasion, we were assigned a room with a strong smell of mold. Immediately, my daughter experienced discomfort in her chest and throat, and my throat became scratchy as well. We requested a different room and were relocated two doors down. Unfortunately, this room also had a moldy smell, which was masked by a powerful orange citrus scent. Despite trying to adjust to the smell for an hour and noticing visible mold in the room, we asked for a mold-free option. The hotel staff upgraded us to a Wellness Room that had an air purifier. By this point, it was already past 11:00 pm. Thankfully, the third room had no unpleasant odors.
