Awful experience with a rude receptionist. I got here at 10:00 pm, was charged for parking, and an extra 50$ for a late checkout the following day. Neither the TV not the phone worked and when I expressed that it was reasonable to expect that, at 268$/ night, there would be a working TV in the room, the receptionist told me that the hotel was in a pricy neighborhood so I shouldn't hold such high standards to the room for the money. I'm a single, older woman (a widow), so I have to be careful or I'll get get called a name, but really, I'm so disappointed in this experience. I'm a school teacher who was willing to spend the extra $$ to have a nice experience and I don't feel I'm being treated with any respect or courtesy at all.

Continental breakfast is set out and no attendant so we figured it was complimentary but then got a charge for $10 each. I had only a bagel so I complained and they removed the charge, but I believe they should tell you when you check in and there should be a sign at the plates.

I was very impressed and thankful of how accommodating the staff were. Great location for easy access to dining and shopping options. We didn't mind that the building is a bit old and the night life around the hotel got noisy.

Nice place, comfortable bed, great window shade that kept out all the light, friendly staff. A/C was a bit noisy. I would stay there again.

Our room was very cold all night. No matter how hot we would put it it’s like the heat was not working.

The room was very dark with only one lamp for lighting in the room. The bathroom had hair on the floor that was not swept, there was hair on the bed as well. There was water damage on the bathroom door, no fan in the bathroom. The toilet had a huge hole on the top.
The shower water got all over the floor because of how the shower was set up.
It was a quick overnight stay with my Husband due to an early flight, will probably never stay there again.

The shower leaked all over and they gave us so many charges at the end of our stay! I do not recommend this hotel!
