The service I received was top-notch. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was perfect, with a view of the beautiful desert landscape. I loved the comfy bed, and the rainforest shower was amazing. The spa was wonderful. No complaints :) I especially loved the landscaping and the views of the red rocks.

It is a fair distance from the airport, so it is a long drive, but it is very private an isolated and a great choice for business events, summits, etc. There are lots of places to walk, hike and run which is nice for breaks. Excellent food and service like all Four Seasons. The rooms are spread out, so there will always be a lot of walking for some guests.

This is not a Four Seasons property. Service is non-existent. Rooms are tired with fixtures broken, walls scratched and floors damaged. Management do not care about guests and offer only platitudes. I recieved a follow up email from the Hotel after checking out requesting a discussion about our stay and apologising for the issues... I'm still waiting for Kelley to call. Says it all really.

First class stay at the Four Seasons. The staff are responsive and rooms are perfect. Enjoyed the Proof restaurant throughout the stay and loved the peace and quiet offered with the Casitas. Everyone was very helpful and appreciated the timely turn down service each night.

This Four Seasons used to be wonderful but so many things have seemed to have changed around this property. It feels as if the management does not care anymore. We have been staying here for almost 20 years & the food & room service are completely inconsistent. We came back to no A/C which they warned us of but did not fix today 4/30/24. They don’t know when they can fix it & are offering no help. The carpet was dirty with the last guest crumbs from their food (not sure they vacuumed our room the whole time we stayed). Stay away from this property if you can (and we were staying at the residence club…!) Completely unacceptable for a Four Seasons resort - stay elsewhere!

Absolutely beautiful facility, looks brand new; gorgeous landscaping; very large room with private patio; high-quality amenities like lighted makeup mirror; shower and tub; shower cap; bar soap; large, soft towels; complimentary water; frig, coffee and mini bar in room; adult only pool; maps to nearby hiking; golf cart service to and from rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back.

Disappointing stay. Every time the heater fan kicked on, the sprinkler head in the room would vibrate and wake us up. I went to open the shades, and realized that the entire screen door was off the track and standing there loose. Only two restaurants and a lounge, all connected and food presumably out of the same kitchen with limited hours. Nothing else notable for dining within easy driving distance for quick options. What dining they had there was very good, but expensive. The worst part was waiting on a bellman at checkout time. I had a half hour wait, and that was after calling twice, and my husband walking through the rain all the way to the car since we were on a tight timeline. And, by the way, numerous bellman were standing at the front door with no one apparently making a move to actually go get those that were calling for assistance. Many other hotel options much closer in and with more convenient accessibility to other activities and dining options. We won’t be back, especially at that price.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely resort! The room, a “casita”, was very comfortable and big. A lovely patio overlooked a beautiful and inviting pool. Daily maid service and turn down service met all our needs. Towels and water were replenished. We ate at the restaurants every day because the food was so delicious. The “Sonoran Breeze” cocktail was so delicious, too. All the waiters and waitresses gave us excellent service, and they were very friendly and welcoming. I had a massage with Kelly at their beautiful spa, and it was the best massage I have ever had! My husband and I played golf at the Monument. The course was so beautiful and challenging! If you plan on visiting the Scottsdale area and want to be pampered, I highly recommend the Four Seasons.
