This was our 2nd time staying here, enjoyed the pool and bar as well as the 2nd pool area for the Grandkids. Did some putting but it was very hot so we did not spend much time away from the pool. The first accommodations we were assigned to stay in was not up to par we were able to move to an updated room which was perfect. Definitely would stay again

The resort has not improved since Hilton Vacation Club took over. The supplies in the kitchen were very limited. We did not even have a fry pan for breakfast. Took 4 requests to get one. There was no midweek cleaning. Other resorts always provide a midweek cleaning. Couch is ver uncomfortable.

The property was very nice and clean. The unit we were in was very nice and comfortable. The only thing we hated was that when we took a shower or anything that required hot water it honestly took 5 to 8 minutes to get hot water. Felt like such a waste.

1. Very long wait for hot water. I timed it once at 5 minutes to start to warm and 6 minutes to hot. The building has no hot water loops installed.
2. We do not like being asked to take a time share talks.
3. We were shocked to be charged over $200 USD resort fees.... Gotta read the fine print folks. We were surprised a respected chain like Hilton (and *******) would be into a scheme of extra charges. I believe this is not legal in many countries, such as the EU. All charges should be included when you click "Reserve or Pay"

The unit was newly renovated and just perfect. Service was outstanding, with much attention given to us. Come here as often as we can! The location is also great with access to many shopping and eating venues. Grand Canyon is only 3.5 hours away, with Sedona being only 2 hours.
