Well located in the Scottsdale area with reasonable pricing. Had a great experience staying here for a few nights. The room was clean and the staff were nice, recommend it!

Floors in room not clean. Bed in very bad condition; lumpy, sagging, extremely uncomfortable.

Second post. After the terrible start ( no room although I had reservation and had to make up non cleaned room) the staff tried to do right and comped room. With good beds and a change in management this could get back to average.

This hotel is in a great location. I wanted to stay here because of the kitchen however there was nothing in the kitchen, no silverware, pots pans dishes etc. There was only one working light, which was right next to the bed. the main light flickered on and off and was super loud. Breakfast was included but coffee was available at 6:30 am, too late for me to have before work.

The staff was super friendly, courteous and humorous and even let us check in early!
The room was quiet and sufficient and bed was quite comfortable. My only suggestion is that floor did not feel/appear mopped but I do know Arizona dust gets into everything, so maybe the room had just not been used in a bit. Overall, very nice accommodations and fair for price. Great location and quiet too because it’s off the main roads.

The room had no dishes or utensils to use. The room was dirty and the bed was horrible. I complained to the manager. She said there was nothing she could do. I immediately checked out and asked for a refund. She said I needed to deal with ******* for any refund. Horrible experience.
