Nice hotel, breakfast are good as well, location is close to airport.

Many positives and a few negative depending on how you look at it. First off, all at the reception desk we're very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spotless clean. The surrounding area has a lot of offer as it's right next to a beautiful river and the ASU campus. The only real negative about the hotel is that it might not suit a light sleeper as it's beside the freeway. The breakfast was tasty but could do with some more options. Actually I was very impressed with the area. I came to Arizona for the 2024 Mesa Marathon and will definitely return again and probably use this hotel again.

Great Front desk, very friendly and knowledgeable. The common area was very well kept and the room was super clean with plenty of towels. No complaints whatsoever.

Close to the river, relatively new facilities, good breakfast

The room was clean and hygienic, and the overall feeling was good. The hotel is conveniently located and not far from the highway. It is just a little far from the city. However, the price-performance ratio is not high, and the room price has increased a lot...

It is just across the river from the ASU campus and is within walking distance.

Not bad but the price is high

We booked this hotel to get a few hours of sleep prior to an 6 am flight. Unfortunately, the hotel is next to a major highway intersection and we had lots of heavy traffic noise all night (cars and motorcycles flooring it on the entry/exit ramp in private races) Parking is very limited in a shared parking lot with other entertainment businesses. Drive time to PHX rental car return is 15 min, as it is at the opposite side of the airport. Wondering how they can claim to be 7 min away from the airport, when terminal access and visitor drop-off is 15 min away. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel again, both for location and noise as well as for limited parking.

This hotel canceled our reservation the day before our stay! Then when I called to reinstate it they said we canceled it and refused to give us a refund! It was spring training week and we think they canceled deliberately because we booked way back in January and got a good rate and they knew they could get 3x for the room!!! Appalling!

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and updated the bed was my type of comfort medium firm. Plenty of food options near this site.

Will definitely stay again. Convenient to major thoroughfares. Very clean and updated hotel. Very good linens and comfortable beds. The only issue was traffic noise outside. Sounded like drag racing. We left bathroom fan and white noise app on all night to drown out sound. Recommend requesting inside room. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Mesa. Stayed here to attend WM Golf Tournament. Other hotels were far more expensive and less quality. Thank you for reasonable price.

Really like this location. Will come back ! They let me check in early so I don’t have to wait.

Great place to stay. Clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
