Excellent hotel. There was a problem with the keycard machine so they could not make our keys. However, the staff came to open the door for us each time with a smile. Although the checkout time is 11am the staff allowed us to stay till 12:30pm.
Although not a resort, it has an ambience of a resort (with no resort fees!!)

The service, accommodations, and overall atmosphere/grounds at this Residence Inn hotel are exceptional!! We were very happy to a get a free room upgrade without having to ask. Thank you Taylor! Breakfast service is well stocked and areas kept clean by Dorinda?? Hotel grounds are relaxing with plenty of chairs and pool area is fun! Always look forward to staying here when in Scottsdale!

I’ve always had a great experience at this hotel. The staff are friendly, breakfast is good and the rooms are perfect. Bartender Alan is a pleasure to interact with. The hotel is adjacent to a Courtyard Marriott and a pool and BBQ is available for guests.

I come here about once every two months for work and it is a great spot. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are delightful and the food and drink options are really good. The pool area is lovely and Alan the bartender at Agave is a real charmer.

I stayed at the connected Courtyard and visited the on-property Mexican restaurant. The server working the bar was Alan. He had the best personality and really took care of his customers. I would highly recommend stopping and saying hi to Alan if you're visiting or staying at either property.

Alan the bartender was amazing. Taco Tuesday along with great drinks. Great service, delicious food! I have always loved the Marriott properties that provide a little extra when it comes to the accommodations and things to do for their guests.

I've reviewed my "home away from home" once, before, and decided to continue to share the love. with my next trip in late September/early October, I will have gone from zero status to Platinum - almost all gained here! I love the consistency of service of nice people. Although we've had some churn with Gretchen deciding to leave us, Alan has been a very strong backfill and continuous the tradition of great service in the bar. Of course, the front desk and breakfast crew are all great. Anne has a nice operation going here, and I do hope that at peak times, I still have a spot earmarked for me always.
