Room was filthy. Multiple electrical outlets had no power. Called front desk multiple times during the day to inform them, but no answer. Also tried ringing the bell at the window and no answer. During my stay the front office was never open. No access to speak to someone to help with my questions/concerns.
I can’t rate the staff because I only dealt with one person the entire time, and that was through a tiny window during check-in.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were close to the Hospital to visit a friend. Room was clean carpet could use an upgrade but everything else was fine.

The place was cheap. The rooms were dirty. One bed had a blood stain another had hair all over the sheets. I would not stay there again unless I had no other choice.

The hotel was ok except the bathroom door latch did not close. Also the main reason I write this is when we checked in we specifically asked about breakfast to which we were told "yes we have breakfast". When we went for breakfast at 7:15am the office was locked and nobody came in response to the doorbell. When we left at 8:15 the office was open and when I asked about coffee and breakfast I was told that in the off season the hotel does not provide coffee and breakfast. I said we were told otherwise when we checked in, I was told I was lying that we were not told that. I also said we paid in season rates so I should get some money back. Not to be. Not a big deal but I feel being yelled at and told I am lying by a manager is not a good way to do business.

I traveled up to the area for a seminar. Once my local colleagues heard where I was staying they urged me not because they felt it was not a safe place to stay. I did not check in or stay the night. I did not rate the property.

We arrived late it to took a while to get someone to answer the phone to let us check in, when we got to our room there were two cockroaches one on each table.. the room had an odd cleaning fluid smell
