Overall, I am very satisfied. Due to the wrong time, the front desk staff helped to coordinate and solve it. The service attitude is very good. The hotel is also very clean and tidy. The breakfast quality is good.

The check in girl was very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom door gets stuck on floor halfway open
Carpet multiple stains
Table between beds had shiny sticky residue that we had to wipe off with sanitary wipe
Right head board had something that we also wiped off
Beds were comfortable and clean
Overall, probably wouldn't return for a stay

If i could give this place a 0 i would, im 18 yrs old and i had been planing this trip for about 2 weeks with my boyfriend i made sure to check that the minimun check-in age was 18 and it was. We got there around 9 pm and had drove 2 and 1/2 hrs to get to this place. I went in and tried to check in and the receptionist asked for my ID she checks it and says "you're only 20" i knew right away that something wasn't right i just went with it i guess she couldn't do simple math. She proceedes to say that the minimum check-in age was 21 and i told her that on this app it states that "this property considers all ages to be an adult" she then calls he manager and the manager said that on the website it states that it was 21 and that they weren't going to allow us to stay even after i explained we came from over 2 hrs away. We were understanding and just went to park somewhere to find another hotel to stay at. I was in tears looking for another hotel and i ended up chcking on the fairfield hotel at scranton OFFICIAL website and it did say that the minimum is in fact 18 so we went back in and showed her and she called her manager again and she said that her manager said that in the state of PA the law is 21. The receptionist said that we should try days inn a few minutes away from there that she had stayed there with her boyfriend before.....we ended up trying and when we pulled into the parking lot it looked like a crack house moral of the story they were no help at all.
