It was a little run down but it is clearly undergoing a change and in the process of being updated. The front desk staff was very cheerful and handled the mean lady that was yelling at 6am very professionally.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean but a mechanical mess. The hot and cold water in the shower was opposite. Hot was cold. Cold was hot. The vanity faucet leaked water onto the vanity top. One of the five casters on the desk chair was broken. The restaurant and bar were closed when we were there over a weekend. I’m surprised that Sheraton allows this as one of their hotel brands.

Very noisy at night with lots of banging screaming, loud music etc. Between doors being slammed, people walking around like elephants and a rave going on down the hall this place was ok.

The staff and stay was lovely. We had a great time over the weekend. The location is very convenient with there being many shops around but also not super busy because it’s not in the middle of the city

The property is not updated and not kept clean. Our toilet was running the entire time and eventually the handle broke off. A stranger was given key to our room. Would not stay here again and would not recommend for the price.

The receptionist at check in was great, we only stayed one night. The hallways are a bit musty but otherwise it’s a fine place for an overnight stay.
