Comfortable room . Nice toiletries . However the noise was very off putting . I could have joined in a conversation with either side of my room . Then the TV s battling against each other. This went on for hours . Needs some sound proofing I’d say. Was on a business stay so I needed to rest and was more than irritated . This will stop me booking again.

Lovely hotel. £50 fee on arrival is expected so anyone visiting is aware! Staff (when actually on reception) were great though tv in bathroom didn’t work and her advice was “theres a knack to it”. Not very helpful however I would definitely stay again. Perfect for couples as they put petals on the bed for my birthday. Big enough fridge for food too. Decent on site car park, busy during peak restaurant hours. Book breakfast/dinner slots in advance also!

I stayed here due to work commi**ents. The hotel is really convenient for getting into the town centre and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

What a gem, wouldn’t have thought of this but it popped up cheaper than where I normally stay and with great reviews. Room was fantastic and restaurant food was the best. I was ready to settle for a duvet picnic, but so glad I reserved a table. Will be staying here going forward when I am in the area. Great place, wonderful team.

I stayed here for 2 weeks for a business trip. The first week I booked with Hotels, I was asked by my company to come back for a second week. I booked direct with the lovely Kerry. Barbara, Kerry and the rest of the staff are amazing. The bedrooms are beautiful, luxurious, have great touches like the fridge, smart tv, Bose speaker , Molton brown toiletries and the bathrooms are wonderful (tv in the bath). Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
