Had difficult time checking in.Their policies were NOT posted on the website when booking and Front desk was nice enough but not eager to be helpful. Took an hour to finally get into room at 10pm tired from traveling. Room was smelly and very old and dated. But was not expecting much from a beach motel either.

Unfriendly, unprofessional personnel at reception. He ripped the paper out of my hand, even though he apologized after I said something to him, but it didn't feel sencire. The heater took 30 minutes to warm. Microwave gave electrical smell and the coffee maker and blow dryer did not function at all.

This is my first time staying at the Seabrook Inns. The check-in process went very smoothly. The clerk was very helpful in answering my questions. Even though it's winter, the property seems as though it would be especially fun in the summer. Right down the street there are Restaurants and Shopping Centers for anything you may need. My stay has been very pleasant and relaxing.

The room was extremely clean with the largest bathroom that I have ever seen in a hotel. Heater worked great and a free breakfast was included in the morning. We would definitely stay there again. Convenient access by car to the ocean areas and route 93.
