There was hot water in the entire hotel for two days and the hotel staff responded with an “oh well” type attitude showing no remorse and giving no apology. If I wanted to take a cold shower in the morning, I would’ve gone on a camping trip. Also, there was a huge gap in the room door, and obviously indicating the door was not fitted properly and poorly installed. This allowed an abnormal amount of light to enter the room at night. Finally, it was interesting. I never received a Marriott guest satisfaction survey for this stay. It was terrible.
