Great customer service!! Room very clean spacious and neat!! Definitely will stay again!! Coffee is weak. I need a really strong cup of coffee to start my day. Well lite outside! Very family friendly! Several restaurants to chose from for your dinner

Excellent property my wife is in a wheelchair and we spend the night there every time we travel from St Louis to Houston, she loves the breakfast.

We were greeted at check in by two rde ladies, no smiles, no good afternoon, no good nothin.
Room was clean but had a bad smell. We had reservations for two nights, but choose to leave after the first. Breakfast was lacking!!

Standard for the newer Hamptons. Staff was friendly and knew what they were doing, the fitness center was one of the new ones, and the room was clean. Walkable to local restaurants, right off the interstate. Rooms on the back side back up to homes/small offices and is quieter than the front that are on the interstate.

Crystal at the Front desk provided excellent service during my stay. Barbara and Annie were also wonderful to help with a billing issue that I encountered during my visit. Breakfast was great each morning of my stay. The hotel is very well kept and I will return to this hotel for all future visits to Searcy.

The hotel was very clean, staff friendly, efficient and professional, rooms were clean, well kept, and nice size. I looked in at the pool and was amazed to see that they even had a lift into the pool for the handicapped! Great place to stay!!!

Had another recent business stay with my family. This time we were in a suite and everything was wonderful with the exception of the beds not having mattress covers and the sheets kept coming off the beds but other than that the suite was spacious and very clean. The walk in shower was amazing with the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel pumps that are placed in numerous hotel chains in the modern era. Pool was nice but the water could be a little warmer. Breakfast was also very good with a variety of hot and cold items and the toppings for the waffles are a nice touch. Staff was wonderful again as always and will go the extra mile for their patrons.
