Did not get the room I booked and instead of letting us switch rooms to the one we wanted when it was available they proceeded to say that we couldn't be in that room because including myself there were three people, myself and my two small children, although we've stayed in the same room the time before and it was fine they were very unaccommodating

Our room was so clean! Awesome bed! The breakfast was as good as we’ve ever had in a hotel. The lady (Sanda) was so jolly and proactive in making sure we had all we needed. She was a good employee with a great smile to start our day off happy! A great experience!

I have stayed at this hotel in Searcy a couple of times—both times it has been clean and comfortable. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. It’s a great option for this price point.

This Best Western has both a great staff and great service. Sandra in the breakfast area went above and beyond by making a fresh pot of brewed coffee for me on a slow day, where they were using only the instant coffee machine. My morning coffee is very important to me and I do not like instant coffee. She cheerfully offered to make a pot of brewed coffee for me. We have stayed at this location several times in the past couple of years and she has always been friendly and helpful to the guests. We were greeted several time by various staff members as we entered or exited the facility throughout the day.
