Great overall experience. Location - while on one end of A-30- seemed to be the best side. Two reasons: 1) Seaside is by far the best beach town and experience- just great! 2) Watercolor Inn was fantastic. It’s not cheap to get a 3rd floor ocean view but it is spectacular! Staff is awesome, facilities were great and it’s a 5 min walk to seaside. Biking to opposite end of A30 took 40 min or just 10 easy min by car. Highly recommend Watercolor Inn

Amazing location, wonderful staff and service attention. We loved the spaciousness of the room and the details such as the “sweet treat” suite and in particular the diligence of the maid services. Friendly and helpful attitude of the Front Desk Bell Service Breakfast staff. Disappointed in $100/ day for beach chair set up given the nightly rate is $700+ FOOW restaurant is in a wonderful setting but the service / food was unimpressive We will be back.

Really an exceptional property with effective employees. There were a few mechanical problems but they were mostly promptly addressed.

Highly recommend WaterColor Inn. Everything was great and they made the stay easy and relaxing. The kids loved the treat suites, and the ability to visit all the pools. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk from the room. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience as usual we come here several times a year and always have the best experience ever! The accommodations are wonderful. The people are above exemplary, and it provides the atmosphere that we desire as a family.

So beautiful hotel . Close to the beach and all tourist spots. So clean . Was so busy and so many people but still had a good time and memories with this place

Great location. Very walkable area, beautiful neighboring grounds/pathways. Beach Club and beach access were excellent and a 10/10 experience. Hotel and rooms itself need updating - do not match the experience of the Beach Club. Rooms felt only slightly more elevated than a typical, generic chain hotel and in spots were run-down and desperately needing renovation/refresh/modernization.

The best beach vacation on the planet. Nicest facility with impeccable staff. We hosted my daughter‘s wedding here two years ago. It’s the same amazing place now as it was then. And virtually every member of the staff two years ago was still working. It was wonderful to see familiar faces.
