The room was incorrect but the staff fixed it and they were very helpful. The new room had someone else’s leftovers and a used coffee pod in the coffee maker with no available coffee for our use. Overall it was still a decent a stay. No air conditioning just box fans but we survived.

This is an older hotel in a great location. Pay the extra for a view. The beds are old and need to be replaced as of this date July 2023. The first room one can tell the bed needed to be replaced by the look. Then attempting to sleep, it was lumpy. I had to complain to front desk and they moved us rooms and that bed too was old but better than the first room. The one person at the front desk did us good.

Room was small but comfortable and clean. The stairs were quite troublesome during the rain but was very thankful that they did have two elevators, no ice machine on the 3rd floor( which is where we were) fridge was nice size and very very clean! coffee in room was a plus we had a room with no view but it did have a bathtub and check in was easy and check out was even easier!

Older Hotel. The Elevator is super slow (only 1 working other was down) and the building smells musty. Found out the hot tub had been closed for 1 1/2 months and unusable. There were divots in the hallway floor by our room which felt like walking over medium-sized potholes that had been carpeted, we tripped several times because they were hard to see. The balcony to our room felt unsafe, it bounced when you walked out onto it and it scared my mom and 14-year-old. There was a dusty old box fan in the closet for some reason.
We ended up getting a refund and switching to a hotel down the beach for the same price that had a much better upkept hotel and no smell or hazards.
Sadly this hotel has gone way downhill over the years, it used to be my favorite. Don't recommend - choose somewhere because you won't get what you paid for here

Unfortunately the bathroom was not cleaned properly, found clumps of hair in shower. Elevator was unreliable and if it worked was extremely slow. Hot tub was not available for use which you didn’t know until you arrived. Pool was too cold for my liking and sauna was just warm and the steamer rocks didn’t work. Both the pool and sauna became unavailable for use after one night for unknown reasons. Staff was courteous and the room was quite warm.

Didnt like how thin the walls were. Lots of talking thruout the night. Neighbors partied. We kept playing soft music so we can sleep. Bed was comfy. Wished had more pillows. Cute location, beach rigjt here and cute little town. Affordable booked online. Easy check in.
