Shocking service from the shuttle driver. Took our luggage out of van without checking and just left at other end of the drop point for the airport.
When challenged got defensive and just said whatever.
Don’t trust them with your luggage and maybe you should get a better driver who is more aware.
Will not stay here again.

We arrived late to this boutique hotel. The staff are friendly but the bar was closed by the time we arrived. We will come back on our next trip to Seattle and stay here. Very convenient, close to the airport and close to 13 coins restaurant, I suggest you take visit there. Their service and food is consistently good.
