Very friendly check-in. We could use our room one hour earlier than earliest check-in time. On walking distance from the airport with also various dining options nearby. Hotel has an half hourly shuttle service to the airport. Rooms are spacious, but the system to suck the humid air from the bathroom was way too loud. Earplugs are required. Hotel does not have a pool. Breakfast was good.

Amazing customer service all around, especially the woman (didn’t catch her name) who checked me in.

We missed our flight so was thankful for 24 hour airport shuttle service. Hotel was clean and comfortable bed. Staff was nowhere to be found though the next morning so missed our To Go breakfast they promised the night before as we headed to the airport at 4:30 am.

The hotel is right next to the airport, very convenient and clean.

The room is clean and tidy

No one cleaned and tidied the rooms during the epidemic. The hotel was near the airport. The lobby restaurant provided hot water and coffee 24 hours a day. On the last day, I had a rest in the lobby because I didn't want to enter the city anymore.

Excellent value for money with excellent facilities

設施老舊，早餐太差了。酒店內沒有餐廳，附近有一個7-11。最大優點就是離機場近。

Staff was friendly and made our check in quick. We appreciated the shuttle service that’s available every half hour.

Staff was wonderful. Everything was very clean Convenient. Only downfall is it is very outdated.

Front desk staff very friendly, and able to provide immediate solution to accommodate early check-in.
