It is very convenient to have 24-hour airport pickup👍The attitude of the front desk staff is also👌
But the room cleaning was not done for two days and I don’t know why.

This was an older hotel, it needs updating, the shower leaked (see photo). The sheets and bedding were clean. Breakfast hours are early and short (6-9 am) compared to other similar hotels (7--10:30 am) and they do not restock items. We arrived at breakfast at 8:30 and they only had 3 slices of white bread, and 1 bagel left, no eggs. We checked in at 9 pm, and they were out of towels, shampoo, and key cards.

I had a long stay and overall felt that the hotel was great for the price. Near the light rail. Airport shuttle was fast. The rooms were clean and they had a lot of pillows. The breakfast was average. Not super loud. I would book again. Staff was nice and helpful.

This was a very good choice for overnight. It's close to the airport and an IHOP is just across the parking lot. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The room we were in was a little small but fine for overnight.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Will be back and would definitely recommend. Parking in the lot is a bit tight for a full size vehicle. The parking garage is great for parking long term while on travel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Did not partake in the breakfast so have no view on it. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was underground which is nice. Only complaint is they only one run to the airport per hour, can mean a long wait time.

The staff were very nice & friendly. The room was very clean & there was a coffee maker ,microwave & a mini fridge in the room.The bed in my room was very comfortable because it was very plush & I woke up very refreshed. My friend said it was a little to soft for her. I went down around 6:45 for breakfast & it was not too crowded. I had a nice & hot strawberry waffle that I made & they also had plain mix as well. Breakfast also had the usual hot&cold cereals/ fresh fruits/bagels/assorted-bread/yogurt/eggs& sausage/single serve cheese.Fruit juices& coffee& tea. The shuttle service was very nice& convenient.We would definitely stay here again. By the way there is a 24hr I hop right through the parking lot.
