But the room cleaning was not done for two days and I don’t know why.

This was an older hotel, it needs updating, the shower leaked (see photo). The sheets and bedding were clean. Breakfast hours are early and short (6-9 am) compared to other similar hotels (7--10:30 am) and they do not restock items. We arrived at breakfast at 8:30 and they only had 3 slices of white bread, and 1 bagel left, no eggs. We checked in at 9 pm, and they were out of towels, shampoo, and key cards.

I had a long stay and overall felt that the hotel was great for the price. Near the light rail. Airport shuttle was fast. The rooms were clean and they had a lot of pillows. The breakfast was average. Not super loud. I would book again. Staff was nice and helpful.

Stayed overnight before a flight out. I used the online check-in and everything went quickly and smoothly. The room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

The stay was fine. What isnt fine is the $200 deposit that still has not be refunded. Seems that travellers are funding hotel operations with their deposits. I suggest if you stay in a hotel that you keep an eye out for the refunds back to your account.

Property is very busy and obviously gets a lot of hard use, but everything was very comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our "in-person" part of the visit was very good and what I would expect from a Choice property. However, the day we were scheduled to arrive, I got a text implying that my guaranteed reservation might not be held if I didn't complete "online check-in" with all my personal information and soliciting me to pay for a variety of upgrades - including early check-in, late check-out, shuttle rides, etc. For one thing, they already had all my personal info. For another, Early/late check-in/out has always been free subject to availability (and was this time once I arrived and spoke with the staff in person)! And perhaps the most frustrating was that when I received the text(s), I had neither cell phone signal, computer access, nor time to respond. If this is Choice's new marketing strategy, they may soon lose a long-time Gold/Platinum member!

The staff here, Trina and Cindy, went above and beyond to help us with everything, including printing out information, shuttle scheduling and recommendations for dinner. They were so friendly and hospitable. Staff like these ladies make traveling a delight! Thank you!
