The room is clean and spacious , with the essentials amenities which are very good. There is a microphone inside the room for us to heat up the food , so convenient.
One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information.
But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though.

The check in process was one of the worst I've had. Room reserved wasn't available, the staff and manager were rude and not helpful. Got to room and not what reserved or similar to pictures. Went to the Aloft next door instead and had a great stay. Highly recommend the Aloft!

We stayed in July. Generally the stay was fine. The big disappoint was housekeeping service. On several occasions we had to call for the service. Management's explanation for the inconsistent service was they were overwhelmed by the high occupancy during the time we were there. This makes no sense as this should be planned for.
