The front desk staff were excellent, especially a blonde male attendant who helped us immensely. He went above and beyond to help us find a lost item and even made calls to the relevant departments for us. His attentiveness really left a lasting impression on us. Truly a great hotel!

I highly recommend this hotel; the staff are all very friendly. I read some reviews saying the rooms were small, but they really aren't. All the in-room facilities can be controlled by an iPad. The hotel location is excellent, and you can walk to the supermarket.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

The location is excellent! Most of the city's main attractions are within walking distance, and it's just a few blocks from the Sphere. There's also a Whole Foods right across the street, which is super convenient for grabbing food.
The hotel has a modern, community-focused design. The lobby serves as a lounge area, restaurant, and front desk, making it easy for guests to socialize or even work.
The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the bedding is quite comfortable. My only minor complaint would be the lack of a few more tables and chairs in the room.
Street parking is available after 6 PM or 8 PM. The hotel has a very limited number of parking spots in a city garage behind the building, costing just over 35 CAD plus tax for 12 hours, which is actually a bit cheaper than the parking lot next door.
