The hotel is okey but customer service are bad . In room even no have water . Room rate they get 200 $ for a night and also they sell water this is so rude . No have customer services

When you search for the hotel in the internet tells you that everything is relatively close and when you arrive at your stay it the opposite. The is no transportation service to surrounding areas, there is no good near the proper perimeter. It is completely lonely for a hotel, its location has zero accessibility. Not recommended for tourist without cars.

We had an excellent stay. Easy UBER ride to the train station. Super friendly staff. The room was big with lots of seating so you were not stuck sitting on the bed when in the room. The kitchen was very convenient. They offer a lot of bonus features you don’t see at other hotels. They were helpful with any questions we had as this was our first time travelling to NYC. We will be back and will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks to the staff at Candlewood Suites 🤗

O hotel é distante de Manhattan, e tem um custo alto para chegar lá. A cama é de mola é muito mole. Um dos familiares pediu a recepção um colchonete, ou um cobertor pra dormir no chão, pq a cama é muito mole. E não forneceram. Dormimos 3 noites, 2 noites ela dormiu no chão. No primeira vez ligou na recepção, já era tarde, e o funcionário falou que a sala com os itens solicitados estava fechado, mas que no dia seguinte ela conseguiria. De manhã ela falou novamente com o funcionário e disse que não poderia ajudar, achamos um descaso! Tirando isso, o quarto tem uma boa cozinha, o chuveiro é bom.

Life can be a bit stressful at times and I really needed a quiet place to relax. Candlewood Suites Secaucus was PERFECT!
The room was beautiful, very clean and a nice size. The studio suite had a large L-shaped desk that worked very well for working and for meals. There is a kitchenette that would be very useful for extended stays. Even though I didn't really need it, it was also very clean and stocked with some cooking items.
The bed was superbly comfortable and the pillows were heavenly. It's been a long time since I've fallen asleep so quickly.
This hotel is also convenient to Manhattan. It was a five minute Uber ride to the NJ Transit train station and a 13 minute ride to Penn station.
Finally, and most importantly, the staff was fantastic. Excellent customer service! Richard greeted me at check-in. He was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Upon check-out, I was greeted by Felicita. Her nickname should be Sunshine because her lovely personality brightened the lobby.
The next time I need a break, it's a no-brainer as to where I will be staying.
