Well to start I paid for a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed for $358 breakfast included
I was disappointed with the beds and the sofa, they smelled very bad and the sofa had blood stains and then the breakfast was only coffee and bread, that's all, what kind of hotel is that???
I went to reception and they moved me to another room and they told me that they would refund me 50% because of the poor condition of that room, I'm still waiting for it.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Safety, Nearby Shops, Natural Light in the Room, Corridor Soundproofing, Hotel Smell, Location; too poor. The breakfast was all wrapped in plastic and was thrown away after one bite. Indescribable taste.
The room is very old and smelly.
There were mice in the room during the day.
It's been almost a month and I still haven't been refunded the room fee for that night.

Cons: it's an extended stay but no utensils or cups or plates whatsoever. No coffee machine. No conditioner. Pool closed during winter months. Pros: the room is quiet, management was friendly, check in was quick and the location is great near a movie theater and dining options.

They use deceptive pictures to hide how dirty and old the facility is. I only booked here because it claimed to have a pool. When we arrived the pool had clearly not been functional for years.
