My sister helped me to check in earlier in the afternoon because we arrived at JFK 10pm on that day and we don't know why our rooms were put as stay over, thus the cleaners don't provide bed tidying nor changing bedsheets until we inquired.
Though we stayed 7 nights we were only provided drinking bottle water on the first day and the hotel is charging USD3.75 per small bottle of drinking water.
The hotel is strategically located, easy access to restaurants and the bus stops is just beside the hotel.
The receptionist Ms Shantel was very nice and service commendable when we reached hotel 230am. We met her again the day we left and the hotel should have more staff as friendly as Ms Shantel.

Hotel em reforma, ficamos nos quartos renovados. Ótimo tamanho. Cama excelente, roupa de cama e banho de ótima qualidade, banheiro muito bom tambem. Pouco espaço para por roupas. Limpeza deixa a desejar. Em 10 dias, somente um dia foi feita limpeza do quarto. Amenities de ótima qualidade, não tem touca de banho. Pagamos US$7,00 a mais por dia para nos hospedarmos neste quarto, com microondas, Tv cast e frigobar. Café da manhã suficiente, ajuda a começar o dia. Ônibus para NYC da linha NJtransit 320 na porta. Deixa no Portauthority. Walmart a 5 min de caminhada. Tj max, dominos, Best Buy, Bourlington e Olive Garden a 10 min de caminhada! É um diferencial em relação aos hotéis de manhatan. Minha filha foi à uma convenção no Exposition center meadowlands e o deslocamento é por passarelas cobertas com entrada no segundo andar só para hóspedes. Me hospedaria lá novamente com certeza!!

Good location, smooth check in, good breakfast but the room was terrible it was dirty filthy the layout was not normal. Iv been at other hyatts I’m actually a member of works Hyatt I was highly disappointed

El hotel esta ubicado en New Jersey cerca de un complejo, La infraestructura no esta mal, Graves errores administrativos y malas formas de comunicación del Gerente del Hotel. Limpieza mediocre. Me cobraron incorrectamente en la tarjeta de credito y aun no tengo devolucion.

This is my third stay at this property. My first stay was on business, my second was with family before we left on a cruise from NYC and this time was on business again. The property is IDEAL for easy access to the city. The 10 minute bus ride to midtown for $4.25 can't be beat and you'll save thousands vs. staying in Manhattan. Parking is free and the property is always clean. The NEWLY RENOVATED rooms were a BIG surprise! I highly recommend Hyatt Place Secaucus for business and pleasure!
