My sister helped me to check in earlier in the afternoon because we arrived at JFK 10pm on that day and we don't know why our rooms were put as stay over, thus the cleaners don't provide bed tidying nor changing bedsheets until we inquired.
Though we stayed 7 nights we were only provided drinking bottle water on the first day and the hotel is charging USD3.75 per small bottle of drinking water.
The hotel is strategically located, easy access to restaurants and the bus stops is just beside the hotel.
The receptionist Ms Shantel was very nice and service commendable when we reached hotel 230am. We met her again the day we left and the hotel should have more staff as friendly as Ms Shantel.

Très bon hôtel, n'a rien à envier aux hôtels sur Manhattan, le bus 320 est au pied de l'hôtel et passe toutes les 12min environ. Vous arriverez au centre de New York en 20min. Très bon petit déjeuner et les dames très souriantes et serviables. Les lits sont confortables. Chambre au calme. Au top !
