Though expensive hotel, the rooms were not so clean. Foul smell, we stayed 2 days the key of the room was not working since day 1. It was not repaired till we checked out, every time we had to call for machine to open the door. Service was bad. No

Services are very bad especially food, breakfast is not upto the mark. ***ager is not cooperating. Overall bad experience. Room service is poor. Restaurant service is pathetic

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel is centrally located near Secunderabad Railway station. Metro stations are also at walk away distance. Rooms were neat, clean but quite old and required to update their furniture and interior. Breakfast was good and had enough variety. Restaurant ***ager Lady and Chef were quick attentive. Reception staff was also cooperative and quick responding. I missed only small basic Gym in this hotel. Overall it’s value of money stay…
