ITC Kakatiya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad

Lovely old hotel, much nicer than the rather charmless new places opening up. Not the perfect location, not much around, but easy access to the metro and not bad traffic. Great breakfast and fantastic value. Highly recommended

Good hotel I have seen in my whole life. It has peaceful ambienance and love to revisit it. I also ask other guest to visit this hotel for its hospitality and enjoy the things here. It is mostly preferable to business purpose . SRAVANI here is the best guide to go with

It has good rooms. Mr. Kiran kota sravani pooja biswajeet and otheer persons also to remembered are good with the hosppitality and the behaviour. The room is maintained very well and never has to complained about the food service. Though it takes time vishnu makes the food very well

The hotel is so good and has good decor the staff here is also good and knowledgeable. Tha hotel is very good with the location and the humbleness of the staff I would recommend this hotel for all the guests for business metta as it has many meeting rooom also

One never regrets a stay at ITC. Just the welcome experience is so amazing. The front office team always so helpful ... I forgot my travel charger for phone and they were courteous enough to arrange one on temporary basis. I think there was something they added to their air (either a perfume or some cleaner) which made the lobby feel refreshing. unfortunately they couldn't help we understand what it is so I can look for it my my office also. Food was nice but slow service...thats always been their achilles heel

I have visited the hotel after a long time and was giving me the same hospitality whenever I visit. The hotel has good amb8ence to feel free and at home. The restraunt is full of amazing cuisine and well trained staff and chefs. The people like Sravani are very humble and interactive

Horrible experience at ITC.Lound noise, disturbances at night to assure you don’t get a proper sleep. And on top of that pure negligence from management. That’s what ITC is now known for. Decor etc is fine but what hotel must provide is relaxed quiet environment esp at night. Management js too careless to attend to your need.

The hotel is so good with the good ambience and good staff. The food is also so delicious here and really stomach and taste worthy. The persons here especially sravani is so humble and great. Really recommend the hotel to all the business persons.
