Room very small, seeing and practical is different, room well-maintained, staff behaviour well, house keeping doing their job fine, intercum phone not working, complain again and again not clear the problem otherwise all good

They let incompetent people who have zero idea about the property take calls at the reception, was scammed and no one takes responsibility of their set backs, you sure supposed to adjust, and they have worst customer service ever, asked for water at 11pm at night, told chilled water was extra price and they did-not even get us any water the entire night. Worst experience.

breakfast was denied in alacart order after the interference of ***ager they agreed to pay
in lunch there was hair in the zeera rise served no much action taken except a simple sorry
