Taj Tristar

I was really disappointed with my stay at taj tristar in hyderabad, especially after choosing it based on its good reviews. Upon arriving late at night, there was no staff available to assist with my luggage from the taxi to my room, which was surprising. Additionally, the hotel lacked a 24-hour restaurant, forcing me to order dinner from outside. My room was missing towels and floor mats, and despite requesting them, the issue persisted into the second day after housekeeping had cleaned. Furthermore, i encountered a security issue with the room door not locking properly, and to top it off, i found cockroaches in the bathroom. This experience certainly did not live up to the positive ratings.

Everything was perfect. Mr dais at reception was very helpful. He changed my room where all worked properly. Put the sports tv channels i wanted. Bfast there traditional south indian is awesome anyways. And i got great deal from mmt. No complaints. Mr lachcinaryan staff always smiling and helpful. The staff at bfast also smiling and helpful.

My experience was very good. After reaching the place we did not wait for long time got our rooms directly and all the services were excellent

Tv does not have adequate channels. Most channels blocked

Just wanted to add during the stay they have very few channels coming on tv, they should ensure atleast basics channel should be available like movies entertainment etc. Rest food, stay and location is quite good.
