Not only is the location on the beach, but the hosts are going the extra mile with a smile. We booked two cottages for a family wedding we attended nearby. The cottages are so well furnished and stocked with anything one can think of, from good quality ground coffee to beautiful wine glasses. It’s a place you wish you can stay for far longer than your booking!

Ruth you and your staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. Amazing accommodation that is always clean and exactly what pictures show. This is definitely accommodation that is worth every penny. Very Well Located also.

The Gull with its exceptional garden and beach front location, such well kept Garden and its outstanding hostess Ruth and her exceptionally well coached staff. The Boma fire and Pizza oven was an delightful first off experience. A lovely place to unwind and enjoy a Breakfast on the veranda together with the many Robins and Bird variety. The Cottage has everything required for a amazing retreat. Just bring something to Braai. We recommend The Gull 5/5. Sedgefield been very dear to our heart. We will definitely be back. Excellent location, few metres from a stunning beach. Very safe and secure. Kitchen has everything one would need. Nice and cool on a hot day. First class service by hostess and no request was too much. Brilliant value for money, comfortble beds and seating.

Ruth is an excellent hostes who made our comfort her priority Hi ! The whole property is well cared for and is situated at a great spot. We loved the fact that we could just walk over the dune to be ons the beach. Just loved it.

Lovely holiday home and so well equipped! Ruth and her son are absolutely lovely and so accommodating. The place is perfectly positioned and just a step onto the beach. A place we'd come back to anytime!
