Hyatt Vacation Club at Pinon Pointe, Sedona

Great location with amazing views. Our room was very clean. Parking was not an issue. Check-in was a breeze. Shops and restaurants are convenient.

Noisy dark dreary units in need of refurbishment. Avoid this location.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt, we were able to check in early & get a late checkout although this wasn't communicated to the cleaning crew & they were at our door at 10 AM on the dot. We were also slightly disappointed the pool/hot tub area was closed during our stay

Excellent property. Aiden at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful; her professionalism is so appreciated. We extended our stay and she made it seamless, which greatly helped me keep my business commitments.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids ages 7 & 10) has throughly enjoyed our stay in a one bedroom unit at the Hyatt. Our room is in building 2 on the shop side of the property, steps away from the pool and activity center. We have a nice view off the balcony, although it does overlook the parking lot with sweeping mountain views in the background. The kitchen is just the right size and fully functional - we’ve cooked several meals here which has been a cost saver and has been nice for the boys who don’t want to eat out at every meal. The living area is a nice size for our family, and the dining table seats 6+ so has been more than adequate. The bedroom is huge, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is very large as well. It’s nice having two TVs and having the fireplace. Unlike some of the other reviews, we’ve found our room to be extremely quiet and private. I think there is an adjoining studio, but it’s accessible via the foyer that can be closed off, so we have literally never heard our neighbors and haven’t received any complaints about our boys, who are loud and wake extremely early ready for action. I would recommend requesting a room like this where sound isn’t an issue if that is a concern. The location right in Uptown is perfect and so convenient, walkable to most of the best restaurants and shopping areas. In driving around town and seeing where some of the other family friendly properties are located, I am so glad we chose the Hyatt. It’s been so easy to get to everything, whether walking or driving, and is nice being able to avoid the horrendous traffic by choosing to walk during busier times of the day. The pool area is gorgeous, and the activity center has planned activities from morning until night every day and is staffed with several friendly attendants. The kids have loved playing games, participating in crafts, and being around others their age. If we return with our boys, we will stay here again for sure. I am so pleased and satisfied with our experience here and would recommend it to any family traveling together.

You can hear every noise and conversation from your neighboring units. Very dated room. Outlets didn’t work. Room seemed very tight spaced.
