Nice location. Very friendly staff and knowledgable. We asked about the Famous Pizza restaurant and they said it was good. It was the best pizza. We like the water pond outside our window. Beds very comfortable. Sheets and towels very soft. Excellent breakfast!

The old man at the front desk was very warm and considerate. The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed here for two nights and still had a lot to say. I hope to come back next time. There was tour information at the front desk, and the lady working that night took a long time to help book a tour for the next day.

This hotel is conveniently situated, and nicely laid out. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though not very spacious. We liked the little stream outside the rooms, and the park area for pets and picnics. The lobby was inviting, and snacks were available. Breakfast was OK, but, like most other hotels these days, the paper plates, plastic forks, and synthetic scrambled egg really are rather tacky. We prepaid through *******, which was confirmed when we checked in. A few days later, a charge for two rooms for one night appeared on my credit card. I emailed, and the hotel immediately admitted their mistake and promised a refund, but I do wonder if I hadn't noticed it, whether they would have done..... Take care and check your bills!

We had a great stay at the Sedona Real. Bed and toilet height were ADA. Could get under the sink and there was a nice shelf to roll under. Fantastic woo woo programs were included (meditation, sound bowls, Vortex speech, guitar). Shower bench was beautiful (large and padded) but unfortunately installed backwards so that wheelchair entry point is on other side and controls were too far away. Pool and hot tub have lifts! Was a great stay overall.
