My daughter and I selected this resort to celebrate her graduation from college. From the moment I booked to the end of our stay, every little detail was perfect. The staff was attentive and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and our room the perfect escape! The bed was INCREDIBLE! We loved the fire pit, pool bar, spa and meditation. What an experience! THANK YOU!

Shop at Safeway grocery store (next door to resort) for breakfast food and alcohol. Bring your own thermos for your alcohol. Alcohol there at the bar: two drinks $40.

I often stop at The Wilde because when I first discovered the place it seemed to be a sort of spectacular little resort conveniently located in Sedona and they have some incredible health amenities. However, I guess the health and relaxation angle wasn't marketable enough or someone didn't understand how to market it better because it increasingly shifts into a party hotel and most of the events are pool or rooftop or garden parties focused mostly on drinking a lot and then going to the modern diner on the grounds to eat a bunch of greasy food. I suppose if you're a couple where one person is a wild drinking partier and one is a meditating, yogi or just someone with physical health problems crippling them, this might be the perfect hotel. But in reality, it feels like these are very different crowds that don't make much sense together. You can't really relax and heal at a place that is constantly partying... You're right next to a Safeway but rooms don't even have microwaves, so you can't even reheat stuff if you happen to enjoy too much food at the local restaurants, all of which have massive portion sizes... The rooms are clean, but for the cost, super small if you're being realistic. So the focus should be on the health and relaxation amenities, which are increasingly taken over by partying. More, I was directed to get dangerous levels of massage services at the onsite spa just to get more money out of me until a massage therapist that wasn't being told nearly enough by the front of house put a stop to it and prevent real harm from occurring to me. This shows a literally dangerous focus on moneymaking over actual health bleeding into the place sadly. So, I don't know to whom to recommend this hotel anymore as it seems to be turning away from its health and relaxation focus. The early checkout times also don't do much for the relaxation ethos. It feels like there are just so many details misaligned here. Still, it may be worth enduring for the hydro massage in their primary hot tub if you have severe back problems, but if things keep going this way, it'll be so clogged you won't even be able to use that anymore. So I don't know for whom this hotel is for exactly anymore. It's called a resort but it doesn't feel like a resort after my last visit, just a party hotel with a hydro massager I happened to need.

You can't go wrong at the Wilde Resort and Spa. Great location, intimate setting, spa was divine, labyrinth was cool, vortex talk with Pete Sanders was awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and we had lots of questions (lol). We made a lot of good memories here.

Overall we had a great stay at the Wilde resort. The restaurant/ bar on property was really good. Great food & drinks. The resort was clean & well maintained & the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & well appointed as was the large high end bathroom with walk in shower & soaking tub. The room did not have a microwave or a safe, but other than that, we had everything we needed. The pool & hot tubs were awesome & not crowded. The bartender at the pool was great! Fast service & good drinks. They had live chill music at the restaurant on Friday night & by the pool on Saturday during the day.

We had a lovely time at the Wilde. Conveniently located and the staff is wonderful. I had a great time doing mediation and yoga in the morning. Rascal definitely is a very good place to enjoy a meal and have a cocktail. Everything is kept clean -- outside areas and especially your room. I highly recommend the Wilde if you are staying in Sedona.
