Ein tolles, gut ausgestattes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Gutes und reichhaltiges Essen. 7€ für 0,4L Tonic Water für mein Empfinden zu teuer. 8€ für den Parkplatz top. Bei den Anwendungen wird nicht gefragt, ob man Einschränkungen hat. Ansonsten ist ein zu empfehlendes Hotel.

Wir hatten im Oktober eine Unterkunft im Nebengebäude. Dort war es sehr ruhig. Das Essen war lecker. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben drei wundervolle Tage im Dorint Resort Baltic Hills auf Usedom verbracht. Das Eckzimmer, eine Junior Suite mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und einen kleinen See war großzügig und modern gestaltet . Auch kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt. Vom reichhaltigen Frühstück bis hin zu einem gelungenen Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren jederzeit nett und zuvorkommend. Der Spa-Aufenthalt mit den verschiedenen Saunen und dem Aussenpool wurde von einer Wellnessanwendung (tolle Massage von Marlena) gekrönt. Der Hoteldirektor war präsent und hat uns u.a. mit guten Tipps weitergeholfen. Preis Leistung generell sehr gut. Gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Komplett unfreundliches Kinder Hotel ! Wir kommen NIE wieder ! Beim Abend essen wurden wir weg geschickt, da wir zwei Kinder dabei hatten die 1 Jahr & 4 Jahre alt waren . Die Service Kellnerin am 11.3.24 ihren Dienst hatte meinte wir sollen lieber gehen da die Kinder im Restaurant bisschen rum liefen, das es die Kellner stört & behindert deren Arbeit zu machen. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt, wir mussten unseren Haupteingang abbrechen . Meine Frau hat drauf bestanden das unser bestelltes Dessert auf Zimmer gebracht werden soll, auch dieses wurde nicht gemacht. Hat meine Frau im Restaurant selbst abgeholt. Ich muss sagen sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt ! Vllt kann das Hotel nichts dafür aber diese Aussage der Kellner gehört sich einfach nicht ! Wir kommen NIE WIEDER & werden das Hotel auch keinen weiter empfehlen ! Das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit vom Personal so mit Gästen umzugehen.

The hotel is I bit remote from the main tourist towns at the sea which makes the stay quite relaxing. We rented a bike and used it every day. We had a big room, breakfast was served quite late and was great, nice spa area, big pool, and I had the best massage ever!

Das Gebäude für Mittag- und Abendessen ist ca. 400 Meter abseits. Für Gehbehinderte Menschen eine Herausforderung. Bin 2x auf dem Weg vom Restaurant zum Haupthaus wegen Regen nass bis auf die Unterhose geworden. Ich fand das ganz nett im Sommer. Ob andere meinen Humor haben ist fraglich. Regenschirme gibt es nicht vom Hotel. Wenn man keine privaten Getränke mitbringt, verdurstet man vor 16 Uhr, denn vorher macht die Bar in der Hauptsaison nicht auf. Selbst im Sport- und Wellnessbereich gibt es keinen Wasserspender. Der Sportbereich ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet für Krafttraining. Für Kardiotraining ist die Ausstattung etwas besser. Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind recht laut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Küche dem gewollten Status des Hotels angemessen gut. An der Bar war gibt es tagsüber auch keine Snacks oder Eis für die Kinder. Das Bier wird gelegentlich zu warm serviert.

Wir hatten für 4 Nächte das Golfpaket gebucht und waren grundsätzlich mit der gebotenen Leistung für den Preis zufrieden. Gut gefallen hat: - Das generelle Ambiente des Hotels (Bar; Frühstücksraum; Pool, Sauna) - Nähe zum Golfplatz - Freundlichkeit des Services - Frühstücksbuffet - Flottes und stabiles Internet - Abendessen im Clubhaus war lecker - Ausreichend Platz in den Fahrradgaragen Raum für Verbesserung; - Zimmer (unseres war Erdgeschoss zur Golfplatzseite) etwas „muffig“ und abgenutzt. Bett deutlich zu weich; keine Klimaanlage; kein Mückengitter vor den Fenstern. - Golfplatz Pflegezustand mäßig; an sich optisch ein schöner und kurzweiliger Platz. Jedoch schlecht gepflegt; langsame Grüns - Parkplatz mit separater Gebühr. Das Hotel liegt im „Nirgendwo“. Da sollte der Stellplatz absolut schon im Zimmerpreis abgedeckt sein und nicht noch mit 7,50€/Tag berechnet werden
