A beautiful, modern building right on the beach.. only separated from the beach by the promenade.. powdery sand beach 👍 delicious snacks on the beach.. everything well-kept and clean.. great beds!! Delicious drinks at the hotel bar.. pool and loungers unfortunately overcrowded in August.. breakfast very tasty.. very friendly service.. we will be back👍

Wir waren jetzt das vierte Mal hier, weil es uns immer sehr gefallen hat. Aber dieses Mal waren wir doch enttäuscht. Die Möbel waren allesamt sehr abgerockt. Das Sofa war dermaßen durchgesessen, dass man Mühe hatte, sich davon zu erheben. Genauso einige Terrassenstühle. Auch waren die Balkonmöbel nicht gereinigt, sondern voller Blütenstaub. Alles in allem sind 5 Sterne für das Hotel nicht gerechtfer- tigt. Das Waterfront-Restaurant ist nichts besonderes, dafür preislich zu hoch. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage und das sehr gute Frühstück.

Unser Aufenthalt im Steigenberger Grandhotel war vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben auch den beheizten Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Wir können das Steigenberger sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren schon mehrfach hier und es ist jedesmal wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel erfüllt unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Zudem sind die Kaiserbäder ja immer eine Reise wert.

Schönes Haus, nettes Personal, Tolles Kissen Menü und auch der Rest passt, was bei dem Preis auch zu erwarten ist. Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder Bombe ist das Frühstück, das schon eher an ein Brunch erinnert (Zeit bis 11:30 )

Wir hatten eine Familien-Suite gebucht für ca 460 € pro Nacht. Im gesamten Apartment roch es unangenehm nach Abwasser. Der Geruch kam aus den Abflüssen in den Bädern. Man konnte uns kein besseres Apartment anbieten, da das gesamte Hotel ausgebucht war. Zusätzlich hatten wir noch Besuch von Silberfischen im Bad. Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel, aber das war das letzte Mal. Die Service war sonst eigentlich immer sehr gut.

1) Check in und Check out sehr lieblos und emotionslos. 2) Speisen im Restaurant viel zu teuer = Spargel Gemüsesuppe 14€ 3) Keine Willkommenskarte im Zimmer sowie Abschiedsgeschenk beim Check out (Mineralwasser wäre schon nett gewesen) 4) Vorspeisen- Dessert oder Salatbuffet wäre eine bessere Idee im Restaurant Lilienthal 5) Vorspeisengedeck im Restaurant sehr lieblos besser wäre es frische Butter oder ein leckerer Aufstrich oder ein gutes Olivenöl, frisches warmes Brot eingewickelt in einer frischen weißen Serviette 6) Personal manchmal sehr unkoordiniert
