A beautiful, modern building right on the beach.. only separated from the beach by the promenade.. powdery sand beach 👍 delicious snacks on the beach.. everything well-kept and clean.. great beds!! Delicious drinks at the hotel bar.. pool and loungers unfortunately overcrowded in August.. breakfast very tasty.. very friendly service.. we will be back👍

Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise wurden wir sehr gut betreut.Sehr zu erwähnen ist das Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt 💟.Der Spa Bereich hat uns auch sehr angesprochen .Die Tiefgarage ist auch für große Autos geeignet nur der Preis mit 24 € pro Tag finde ich überzogen.

The hotel is in a perfect location right on the promenade in Heringsdorf. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated: nice size, comfortable bed, cozy armchairs, enough storage space, large bathroom, quiet. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good and generous. The spa area is large and well-maintained, the outdoor pool in particular is very pleasant as it is big enough to swim in and pleasantly warm. Overall, the hotel is well organized and you immediately feel at home. Definitely recommended!

Stayed at the Steigenberger Heringsdorf for the 4th time and overall very satisfied again. Beautiful executive suite in the Wilhelm Palais with a view of the pool, very nice balcony. Everything was very quiet and the grounds were very well maintained. Staff were very pleasant and helpful as always.

My family and I stayed at the Steigenberger in Heringsdorf for the third time and we had another wonderful and relaxing stay. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable. This time we stayed in the Palais Bismarck penthouse, the two times before that we had stayed in executive studios. All of the rooms were superbly equipped with beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a balcony. In the penthouse we had a great view of the entire hotel complex from the very large balcony and could enjoy the sound of the sea and the sun all day long. In the morning we enjoyed the large breakfast buffet with a wide selection. There is something for everyone here. The restaurants belonging to the hotel are also highly recommended. The spa area is also very nicely equipped with various saunas and relaxation rooms. We also enjoyed using the outdoor and indoor pools during our stay. All of the rooms were very well equipped, well maintained and clean. We are already looking forward to our next stay and would love to come back.

Once again a great stay... on the last evening (Thursday) the restaurant was open - fantastic dinner. You feel well looked after/welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave, our dog also enjoys our stay every time (dogs are not allowed on the beach from May to the end of September)

We spent a relaxing weekend in a top hotel in a quiet and fantastic location. The beautiful, very spacious studio we stayed in had a fantastic, huge 2x2 bed with no noticeable mattress separation and lots of pillows, which is very important to us, and was very comfortable to sleep in. The facilities and cleanliness were top notch, the breakfast was excellent, the spa treatments and staff were commendable, there is nothing to complain about. This is how a 5 star hotel should be.
