Ein schöner moderner Bau in direkter Strandlage.. nur durch die Promenade vom Strand getrennt.. Puderzuckersandstrand 👍 leckerer Imbiss am Strand.. alles gepflegt und sauber.. top Betten !! Leckere Drinks an der Hotelbar.. Pool und Liegen leider überfüllt im August.. Frühstück sehr lecker .. sehr freundlicher Service .. wir kommen wieder👍
Die weitern Restaurants haben wir nicht getestet, das wird nachgeholt..

Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise wurden wir sehr gut betreut.Sehr zu erwähnen ist das Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt 💟.Der Spa Bereich hat uns auch sehr angesprochen .Die Tiefgarage ist auch für große Autos geeignet nur der Preis mit 24 € pro Tag finde ich überzogen.

Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage direkt an der Promenade von Heringsdorf. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet: schöne Größe, bequemes Bett, gemütliche Sessel, ausreichend Stauraum, großes Bad, leise. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut und großzügig. Der Spa-Bereich ist groß und gepflegt, insbesondere der Aussenpool sehr angenehm, da groß genug um zu schwimmen und angenehm warm. Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut organisiert und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Eindeutig empfehlenswert!

Zum 4. Mal im Steigenberger Heringsdorf gewesen und insgesamt wieder sehr zufrieden. Schöne Executive Suite im Wilhelm Palais mit Blick auf den Pool, sehr schöner Balkon. Alles sehr ruhig und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Mitarbeiter wie immer sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit.

Ich war mit meiner Familie bereits das dritte Mal im Steigenberger in Heringsdorf und wir hatten wieder einen wundervollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dieses Mal haben wir im Penthouse Palais Bismarck gewohnt, die beiden Male davor hatten wir Executive Studios. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren super ausgestattet mit schönen Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Balkon. Im Penthouse hatten wir einen tollen Ausblick vom sehr großen Balkon über die gesamte Hotelanlage und konnten das Meeresrauschen und die Sonne den ganzen Tag genießen. Morgens haben wir das große Frühstücksbuffet mit einer reichlichen Auswahl genossen. Hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Auch die zum Hotel gehörenden Restaurants sind sehr zu empfehlen. Der Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön ausgestattet mit diversen Saunen und Ruheräumen. Auch den Außen- und Innenpool haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gerne genutzt. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Mal wieder ein Top Aufenthalt … am letzten Abend (Donnerstag) hatte das Restaurant offen - Fantastisches Abendessen. Man fühlt sich von der Anreise bis zur Abreise gut aufgehoben / willkommen, unser Hund genießt auch jedesmal unseren Aufenthalt (Hunde sind von Mai bis Ende September nicht am direkten Strand erlaubt)

Wir verbrachten ein entspanntes, Wochenende in einem Tophotel in ruhiger und traumhafter Lage. Das schöne, sehr geräumige Studio in dem wir untergebracht waren, verfügte über ein traumhaftes, riesiges Bett 2x2 ohne spürbare Matratzentrennung und vielen Kissen, was uns sehr wichtig ist und hatte einen sehr guten Schlafkomfort. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit top, Das Frühstück war hervorragend, SPA Anwendung und Personal lobenswert, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. So sollte ein 5 Sterne Hotel sein.
