Ich würde davon abraten, diesen Hotelkomplex zu besuchen, besonders mit Kindern. Seien Sie darauf vorbereitet, dass das Personal Sie vor die Tür setzen kann, wenn es ihnen nicht gefällt, wie Sie in dem Kinderspielzimmer mit Ihrem Kind spielen! Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit, dass das Personal Sie anschreit, herabsetzt und zum Weinen bringt.

Durch umfangreiche Baumaßnahmen war die Nacht ab 7" Uhr zu Ende. Sauna konnte durch Baumaßnahmen nicht genutzt werden. Keine Info darüber erhalten. Keine Infos über Nutzung der weiteren Sportanlagen wie Tennis oder Poolnutzung.

Die Bungalos sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Mit Bliock auf die Coronalage ubnd die vielen Verrückten /Leugner in Berlin haben wir uns lieber hier einquartiert. Parkplätze gibt es auch ausreichend. Lediglich das Frühstück war etwas übersichtlich.

Wir haben im Dez.2020 unsere goldene Hochzeit geplant und sämtliche Zimmer für den Juli 2021 gebucht. Entäuscht waren wir von der Hotelleitung, die uns unter dem Vorwand, Havarie, einige der Zimmer in einem 8km weiteren Hotel umgebucht hatte. Dafür hatten wir dann auch Verständnis.Wütend hat uns gemacht, daß durch die Hotelleitung weder Absprachen per e-Mail noch per Telefon Beantwortet bzw Bestätigung fanden. Noch wütender waren wir, als wir mitbekamen, daß nicht eine Havarie, sondern eine Motorradgruppe der Grund für das Weiterleiten unserer Gäste war.Die Aufrichtigkeit und Kompetenz der H-Leitung sollte man in frage stellen. 5 Punkte bekommen dagegen aber das Hotelpersonal, wie auch das Servicepersonal und die Ausstattung der wirklich schönen Häuser. 10 Punkte bekommt das Restaurant "trattoria-bellavita". Das gesamte Team hat sich solche Mühe gegeben, uns diesen Tag zu einem besonderen Erlebnis werden zu lassen.Von all unseren Gästen und natürlich auch von uns, wird heute noch von dem leckeren Menü geschwärmt.
