The room is large and clean, I had one issue which you can hear very clearly the sound of neighbour when they go to the bathroom 😏. Breakfast need huge improvement, not for 5 stars hotel at all, very basic choices.

After seeing the Facebook advertisement for the Iftar Buffet, I selected the 'Lemon Tree Restaurant' at the hotel to have Iftar with my family. Sadly, though, I made the incorrect decision about where to break my fast. Very poor food taste and quality. Even sweets, which are a must during Ramadan, this is the worst iftar I have ever had during this Ramadan. The day we were at the hotel, I assume they had an iftar treat for the staff and their families as well. The executive chef and most of the staff focused solely on their management and did not pay attention to the guests who really paid to have the Iftar. The management's iftar tables were served special dishes by the executive chef. Which were not in the buffet. Upon asking, the executive chef refused to give me the same dish because it does not include the Iftar. At top hotels, typically one person is available to serve Arabic coffee at every Iftar buffet. However, the Arabic coffee bar next to the pasta station in Ramee was unattended and unclean. Additionally, the manager had already devoured most of the food when I arrived at 6:15 p.m. The staff members took a while to refill food since they were too occupied greeting their managers. In my opinion, if the Executive Chef wants to scratch the higher management back, he should close the restaurant for outside guests on the Staff Day. Furthermore, Small soy sauce plates are not presented at Shushi Station for use with soy sauce and wasabi. When I asked the staff, they gave me a paper coffee cup to have soy sauce. Additionally, in that lavish buffet, they had some Indian curries, but when I asked for roti or naan, the staff asked me to have regular bread with the curries. And at the bread counter, the bread was not fresh at all. In this case, I really wonder how they got their start at this hotel. The Basement parking area is extremely dirty and smelly. Having a lavish buffet with a beautiful atmosphere and nice Arabic music was a plus point.

Disappointed with my stay at what is marketed as a 5-star hotel. Faced multiple issues including non-functional amenities, lack of cleanliness, insufficient lighting, and a slow service team. The staff’s attitude was far from welcoming. Expected much more from a reputed establishment; save your money and look for a real 5-star hotel that delivers the promised services and an enjoyable experience.

Upon arriving at the hotel yesterday, we have encountered some unpleasant experience last evening in the elevator where a drunk guy annoyed me and harrseted a girl hence we have decided to leave the hotel today though we were supposed to check-out on Friday.we did the bookings via *******, we have asked ******* to return the money of the remaining days but they refused becuawe the hotel did not accept to refund the money thought we have contacted the hotel management but unfortunately they did not understand our position and they did not cooperate. Both ******* & the hotel are not recommended.

Nice hotel if you like lively or loud music vibes the whole time. Several loud music restaurants and bars I felt it’s too much. Overall not bad

The place is a dump. Do not stay here. When I complained, the Manager (Sam) was rude and obnoxious. More 1 star than 5 star. Don’t waste your money on this place. The room was very dirty. I recommend you book another hotel.

Worse ever!!5star? Try one star (maybe). Carpets were stinking, room was dirty. The manager, Sam????? Haha. Couldn’t manage a minage. Customer service = zero. This place is a one star hotel and 7 star prices. Do not stay here. EVER!! as a European, do not believe the website.

The room was so dirty, curtains are broken, dirty carpets, and no water in the shower noises of the building woke us up at 9 am, and there are remaining feces in the toilet from the people before us, and the manager Shaym refused to give us our money back not even the upgrade money back. Made my stay in Bahrain horrible and sad. This hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Do not book it at all. Look at the picture in this post and you will see why it made my stay experience so bad.

The team is amazing and I am pretty happy with services rendered by Naresh at reception, Chija and Gaurav at the Lemon Tree for breakfast. Hotel is well maintained and I had a great time with there. Even the musical band at Tanatan was good . I enjoyed listening to Param music. Entire music group is good.
