Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Das essen war exzellent. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit vielen Saunen.

My son was not well. N the receptionists did all they can to call us doctors . My son is good now. Thank God The reception. Are Just simply amazing. We stayed from 19 to 20 May. I m still here but I can’t wait write a good review Because my son was not well. He can’t do the 5 courses dinner. I went down to grab a quick dinner. I told the manger n waitress. They are so kind. N allowed me to bring bread n soup up. I ended up with good toasted bread. They offered. How nice of them. Now back to hotel itself. The tea break was lovely. The dinner wonderful I had my own dinner. My hubby n I took turn to eat as our son not well. But really nice food n service. We are 100% coming back here again Oh the pool. The indoor n outdoor. It’s wonderful. My son enjoyed himself Welcome drinks offered. Hotel rooms old style but the toilets n many things are obviously renovated Shower is great bed is great There’s nothing I don’t like I travel a fair bit around Europe. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben eine schöne Zeit im sehr großen und schönen Wellnesbreich mit zahlreichen Ruheräumen verbracht. Auch im sehr gemütlichen Hotelrestaurant waren wir beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und der Qualität der Speisen begeistert.

Nearly everything was perfect. Perfect location next to the skilift, perfect breakfast, very helpful and friendly personal, great SPA and fitness area.
The only negativ point was the bed matresse. I was lying in a groove. But it was changed after my reclamation. And there was only 1 electric socket in the single room for charging the mobil telephone.
But at all, I can only recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel conveniently located close to the ski lifts. Staff was absolutely amazing! I broke my leg during skiing and they did everything to make the rest of our stay as pleasant as possible! Food in the restaurant was great and the wine selection top notch!

The rooms are rather old, but clean and comfortable. We had unfortunately one at 7th floor where the view wasn’t to good due to the roof and small Windows, but the staff were ready to change it. :) however, the amenities are very Nice and renovated. The pool is warm and cosy (very nice option to swim outside), the food is very good (the prices in the restaurant and bar reasonable), and there is really good gym. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is rather nothing to do for smaller children, apart from the pool. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank U!

We had a wonderful holiday at the Krumers Alpin Resort. We have the hotel team to thank for that, because every team member did a great job! One team, one voice! A big THANK YOU from us! We enjoyed this week to the fullest and would love to spend our holiday at the Krumers Alpin Resort again! We are happy to recommend this hotel!

The room (3 people) was, despite being very good size and having lots of space, unfortunately totally outdated. Colors, materials, furnishings - everything is in urgent need of an overhaul and modernization. The windows facing the noisy street are not soundproof, fabric blinds, a sofa bed that was an absolute imposition for the third guest (it's a disgrace to even offer something like that!), barely functioning sockets, arrangement of the light switches, heating controls, no sink in the separate toilet, etc. etc. - For the price quoted, a lot of things are simply not right here. The wellness area also looks nicer than it actually is. Indoor pool a**osphere, tiles missing everywhere in the outdoor pool, no outside light works in the evening, loungers are uncomfortable, temperature is much too cold (air and water). However, saunas and furnishings are positively highlighted. The highlight of this hotel is the gastronomy. Breakfast, lunch and the multi-course evening meal are very varied, creative and taste excellent. The service at breakfast is - unfortunately the only exception - always cheerful and friendly. The other employees - as is unfortunately the case everywhere in the Alps these days - display bored indifference. The bar is also well equipped. Conclusion: Far too expensive for the comfort offered.
